Return and Damage Policy:
For items purchased in-store or online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact [email protected] or visit us in-store to obtain a return authorization. Please include a reason for return. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be “open boxed”. Exceptions do apply at managers discretion. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment or store credit.
During the holiday season any purchases made after Thanksgiving Day will be given the opportunity to return the order up until January 1.
